About

We build
digital
experiences.

A website design and development studio in Bengaluru, working end to end — domain, hosting, design, build, launch and maintenance.

Who we are

[AGENCY NAME] is a website design and development studio based in Bengaluru. We build websites for businesses that need one thing done properly rather than five things done approximately — and then we keep them running.

Our story

[PLACEHOLDER — replace with the real founding story: when the studio started, why, and what you set out to do differently. Two or three sentences is enough. Do not add years-in-business or client counts unless they are accurate.]

What we are trying to do

Make the whole website stack boring in the best sense: predictable timelines, defined scope, clear ownership, and infrastructure that does not fail quietly. Most of the frustration businesses have with websites comes from gaps between vendors. We remove the gaps by holding the whole thing.

How we work

Discovery before design, structure before visuals, staging before production. You review a clickable prototype rather than a static picture, and you see the build come together instead of waiting for a reveal. Scope is written down, including what is not in it.

Commitments

What you can hold us to

Not values on a wall — specific things we do, that you can check we did.

We quote from scope

A number without a defined scope is a guess that becomes an argument. We define page count, revision rounds and responsibilities first.

We say what is excluded

Every proposal and plan states what it does not cover, as plainly as what it does.

We do not promise rankings

We build strong technical SEO foundations. Nobody can guarantee a Google position, and anyone who does is selling something else.

We hand over properly

Ownership of the site, code, domain and hosting is agreed in writing before the project starts, not negotiated at the end.

How we work

From idea
to online.

Eight stages, in order, with what happens at each one. Domain and hosting decisions are made in week one rather than the night before launch.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business, the buyer and the constraints.

What you sell, who decides, what they need to know first, and what is currently getting in the way. This is also where domain and hosting decisions get made rather than left to launch week.

    Week 1
  2. 02

    Plan

Sitemap, page structure and content requirements.

Every page defined, every URL agreed, and a clear list of what content is needed from you. Waiting on content is the single most common cause of delay, so we surface it early.

    Week 1–2
  3. 03

    Design

Wireframes, then full design for mobile and desktop.

Structure is agreed before visuals. You review a clickable prototype rather than a static image, so navigation and flow can be judged properly.

    Week 2–4
  4. 04

    Develop

Build the front-end, CMS, forms and integrations.

Built on staging where you can watch it come together. Content is loaded as it becomes available rather than in one blocked-up batch at the end.

    Week 4–7
  5. 05

    SEO foundation

Metadata, structure, schema, sitemap and redirects.

Technical SEO is part of the build, not an add-on afterwards. For redesigns, this is also where the URL map and redirect plan get finalised.

    Week 6–7
  6. 06

    Test

Devices, browsers, forms, speed and accessibility.

Real device testing, form delivery verification, Core Web Vitals measurement and an accessibility pass — before launch, not after a complaint.

    Week 7–8
  7. 07

    Launch

DNS, hosting, SSL, redirects and Search Console.

A controlled cutover with a rollback plan. Redirects verified by crawl, Search Console and analytics confirmed working on day one.

    Week 8
  8. 08

    Maintain

    Updates, backups, monitoring and support.

Scheduled work under a maintenance plan or AMC, so the site does not quietly decay after handover.

    Ongoing

Durations describe a typical ten-to-fifteen page business website. Your timeline is confirmed in the proposal.

Why us

Why work
with us?

Custom design

Layouts designed for your content and audience, not a purchased template with your logo dropped in.

Performance

Speed treated as a build requirement, measured before handover rather than promised in a proposal.

SEO-ready

Technical foundations included by default: structure, metadata, schema, sitemap, Core Web Vitals.

Responsive

Mobile designed separately and tested on real devices, because that is where most of your traffic is.

Secure

Update policy, access control, backups and monitoring defined at handover, not left to chance.

Scalable

Content and code structured so new pages and sections do not require a rebuild.

Clear ownership

What you own — site, code, domain, hosting — agreed in writing before the project starts.

Ongoing support

Maintenance plans and AMCs with a defined scope and a named point of contact.

Team

Who you will work with

[PLACEHOLDER — add real team members here: name, role and one line on what they own. Leave this section out entirely rather than filling it with stock photography or invented profiles.]
