WordPress Development Company in Bangalore

Most slow, insecure WordPress sites are not WordPress problems — they are plugin-sprawl problems. We build custom themes with only the plugins a site genuinely needs, then harden and monitor what we ship.

What this covers

What we do

Custom theme development

Themes written for your design, not a purchased template bent into shape with page-builder overrides.

Editor-friendly content

Block patterns and custom fields set up so marketing can build pages without breaking the layout.

WooCommerce

Product structure, checkout, shipping rules, tax setup and Indian payment gateway integration.

Speed optimisation

Query auditing, asset control, caching, image handling and plugin reduction — measured before and after.

Security hardening

Login protection, file permissions, update policy, activity logging and scheduled off-server backups.

Migration

Moving an existing WordPress site to better hosting with redirects and search visibility preserved.

Deliverables

What you receive

  • Custom theme with documented template structure
  • Editable blocks and custom field groups
  • Plugin inventory with the reason each one exists
  • Security and update policy documentation
  • Staging site for safe future changes
  • Backup schedule with off-server storage
How we work

From idea
to online.

Eight stages, in order, with what happens at each one. Domain and hosting decisions are made in week one rather than the night before launch.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business, the buyer and the constraints.

What you sell, who decides, what they need to know first, and what is currently getting in the way. This is also where domain and hosting decisions get made rather than left to launch week.

    Week 1
  2. 02

    Plan

Sitemap, page structure and content requirements.

Every page defined, every URL agreed, and a clear list of what content is needed from you. Waiting on content is the single most common cause of delay, so we surface it early.

    Week 1–2
  3. 03

    Design

Wireframes, then full design for mobile and desktop.

Structure is agreed before visuals. You review a clickable prototype rather than a static image, so navigation and flow can be judged properly.

    Week 2–4
  4. 04

    Develop

Build the front-end, CMS, forms and integrations.

Built on staging where you can watch it come together. Content is loaded as it becomes available rather than in one blocked-up batch at the end.

    Week 4–7
  5. 05

    SEO foundation

Metadata, structure, schema, sitemap and redirects.

Technical SEO is part of the build, not an add-on afterwards. For redesigns, this is also where the URL map and redirect plan get finalised.

    Week 6–7
  6. 06

    Test

Devices, browsers, forms, speed and accessibility.

Real device testing, form delivery verification, Core Web Vitals measurement and an accessibility pass — before launch, not after a complaint.

    Week 7–8
  7. 07

    Launch

DNS, hosting, SSL, redirects and Search Console.

A controlled cutover with a rollback plan. Redirects verified by crawl, Search Console and analytics confirmed working on day one.

    Week 8
  8. 08

    Maintain

    Updates, backups, monitoring and support.

Scheduled work under a maintenance plan or AMC, so the site does not quietly decay after handover.

    Ongoing

Durations describe a typical ten-to-fifteen page business website. Your timeline is confirmed in the proposal.

FAQ

WordPress Development — questions

Only when the client specifically wants that editing experience and understands the performance trade-off. Our default is a custom theme with native block editing, which is lighter and easier to keep fast.
