Hosting
Fast, Secure Website Hosting
Hosting only becomes visible when it fails. Managed hosting means the updates, backups, certificates and monitoring are somebody’s explicit job rather than an assumption.
What we do
Managed hosting
Server updates, PHP versions, caching and configuration handled for you.
Cloud hosting
Resources that scale for traffic spikes, campaigns and seasonal peaks.
WordPress hosting
Tuned specifically for WordPress, with staging and controlled update workflow.
Backups
Scheduled off-server backups with a documented, tested restore process.
Monitoring
Uptime and certificate expiry monitoring with alerts that reach a human.
Migration
Moving an existing site across with minimal downtime and no lost email.
What you receive
- Hosting environment provisioned and configured
- SSL installed with automatic renewal
- Backup schedule with off-server retention
- Uptime and SSL expiry monitoring
- Staging environment where the plan includes it
- Documented restore procedure
What is not included
- Unlimited resources — every plan has stated limits
- Third-party licence fees for premium plugins or themes
- Custom development work, which is quoted separately
Anything outside the plan is quoted separately, so your recurring cost stays predictable.

What you are actually buying
- Plan and resources
- Every plan states its storage, bandwidth and resource limits in writing. "Unlimited" always has an acceptable-use policy behind it, so we publish the real numbers instead.
- Backups
- Frequency, retention period and storage location are stated per plan, and restores are tested rather than assumed to work.
- SSL
- Included and set to renew automatically. If you host elsewhere, we will still configure it correctly.
- Support
- How to reach us and what response time applies to your plan, stated before you sign rather than discovered during an outage.
- Renewal
- You are told the renewal price upfront. We do not use a discounted first year followed by a much higher second one.
- Migration and exit
- Moving in is included. Moving out is supported too — you get a full export of your site and database.
Moving an existing site
A migration is copy, verify, then switch. We stage a full copy on the new server and test it before touching DNS, so the live site keeps running throughout.
Email is the part that needs the most care. Mailboxes are migrated separately and verified before the MX records change, because lost mail is far harder to recover than a website.
SSL certificates are issued on the new environment before cutover, so there is no window where visitors see a security warning.
From idea
to online.
Eight stages, in order, with what happens at each one. Domain and hosting decisions are made in week one rather than the night before launch.
- 01
Discover
Week 1Understand the business, the buyer and the constraints.
What you sell, who decides, what they need to know first, and what is currently getting in the way. This is also where domain and hosting decisions get made rather than left to launch week.
- 02
Plan
Week 1–2Sitemap, page structure and content requirements.
Every page defined, every URL agreed, and a clear list of what content is needed from you. Waiting on content is the single most common cause of delay, so we surface it early.
- 03
Design
Week 2–4Wireframes, then full design for mobile and desktop.
Structure is agreed before visuals. You review a clickable prototype rather than a static image, so navigation and flow can be judged properly.
- 04
Develop
Week 4–7Build the front-end, CMS, forms and integrations.
Built on staging where you can watch it come together. Content is loaded as it becomes available rather than in one blocked-up batch at the end.
- 05
SEO foundation
Week 6–7Metadata, structure, schema, sitemap and redirects.
Technical SEO is part of the build, not an add-on afterwards. For redesigns, this is also where the URL map and redirect plan get finalised.
- 06
Test
Week 7–8Devices, browsers, forms, speed and accessibility.
Real device testing, form delivery verification, Core Web Vitals measurement and an accessibility pass — before launch, not after a complaint.
- 07
Launch
Week 8DNS, hosting, SSL, redirects and Search Console.
A controlled cutover with a rollback plan. Redirects verified by crawl, Search Console and analytics confirmed working on day one.
- 08
Maintain
OngoingUpdates, backups, monitoring and support.
Scheduled work under a maintenance plan or AMC, so the site does not quietly decay after handover.
Durations describe a typical ten-to-fifteen page business website. Your timeline is confirmed in the proposal.
