Domains
Find the Right Domain for Your Business
A domain is the one asset in your website stack that is genuinely irreplaceable. Losing it to a missed renewal or an unclear registrant record causes far more damage than a website outage.
What we do
Registration
Choosing and registering the right name and extensions, including defensive variants worth holding.
Renewal management
Tracked expiry dates with advance reminders, so a domain never lapses by accident.
Transfers
Moving domains between registrars, including recovering domains registered by a previous agency.
DNS and nameservers
Records configured correctly for website, email, subdomains and verification.
SSL
Certificate issue, installation and auto-renewal so the padlock never quietly expires.
Business email
Professional mailboxes on your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up for deliverability.
What you receive
- Domain registered with registrant details recorded
- DNS zone configured and documented
- SSL issued and auto-renewal enabled
- Business email accounts with anti-spoofing records
- Renewal calendar shared with you
- Written record of where the domain is held
Which extension should you register?
- .com
- The global default. Expected by anyone with international customers.
- .in
- Clear India signal, and often available when .com is taken.
- .co.in
- Commonly used by Indian businesses; frequently registered alongside .in.
- .org
- Conventionally non-profit and membership organisations.
- .net
- Historically infrastructure; now a general alternative.
Many businesses register two and redirect one. Check trademark conflicts before you commit to a name — it is far cheaper to find out now.
Tell us the names you are considering
We do not show live availability results here, because we would be guessing. Send us your shortlist and we will check it properly with the registrar and reply with what is actually available and what it costs.
Who owns the domain
A domain belongs to whoever is recorded as the registrant at the registrar. That record, not an invoice or an email, is what determines control.
Our recommended setup is registration in your business name, with you holding the registrar account credentials and us managing DNS on your behalf. If a different arrangement suits you better, we will document it in writing before registering anything, so ownership is never ambiguous later.
If a previous agency registered your domain in their own name, recovery is often possible with documentation. It takes time, so start the conversation early.
From idea
to online.
Eight stages, in order, with what happens at each one. Domain and hosting decisions are made in week one rather than the night before launch.
- 01
Discover
Week 1Understand the business, the buyer and the constraints.
What you sell, who decides, what they need to know first, and what is currently getting in the way. This is also where domain and hosting decisions get made rather than left to launch week.
- 02
Plan
Week 1–2Sitemap, page structure and content requirements.
Every page defined, every URL agreed, and a clear list of what content is needed from you. Waiting on content is the single most common cause of delay, so we surface it early.
- 03
Design
Week 2–4Wireframes, then full design for mobile and desktop.
Structure is agreed before visuals. You review a clickable prototype rather than a static image, so navigation and flow can be judged properly.
- 04
Develop
Week 4–7Build the front-end, CMS, forms and integrations.
Built on staging where you can watch it come together. Content is loaded as it becomes available rather than in one blocked-up batch at the end.
- 05
SEO foundation
Week 6–7Metadata, structure, schema, sitemap and redirects.
Technical SEO is part of the build, not an add-on afterwards. For redesigns, this is also where the URL map and redirect plan get finalised.
- 06
Test
Week 7–8Devices, browsers, forms, speed and accessibility.
Real device testing, form delivery verification, Core Web Vitals measurement and an accessibility pass — before launch, not after a complaint.
- 07
Launch
Week 8DNS, hosting, SSL, redirects and Search Console.
A controlled cutover with a rollback plan. Redirects verified by crawl, Search Console and analytics confirmed working on day one.
- 08
Maintain
OngoingUpdates, backups, monitoring and support.
Scheduled work under a maintenance plan or AMC, so the site does not quietly decay after handover.
Durations describe a typical ten-to-fifteen page business website. Your timeline is confirmed in the proposal.
