E-commerce
E-commerce Website Development
An online store is an operations system with a shopfront attached. We build the catalogue, checkout and payment layer, then connect the parts that decide whether you can actually fulfil what you sell.
What we do
Catalogue and merchandising
Categories, variants, attributes, filters and search designed for the way your range is actually organised.
Cart and checkout
A short checkout with fewer drop-off points, address handling for India, and clear tax and shipping display.
Payments
Indian and international gateway integration with test-mode verification before go-live.
Shipping and inventory
Rate rules, courier integrations, stock tracking and low-stock handling.
Customer accounts and orders
Order history, tracking, returns flow, coupons and the admin views your team works in daily.
Analytics and SEO
Product schema, clean URLs, e-commerce event tracking and a reporting view that shows what sells.
What you receive
- Product, category and variant structure
- Checkout with payment gateway in live and test mode
- Shipping rules and tax configuration
- Order, inventory and coupon management
- Product schema and e-commerce event tracking
- Admin training session and written documentation
What is not included
- Payment gateway account approval — that is issued by the gateway to you
- Product photography and copywriting unless separately scoped
- Ongoing catalogue data entry beyond the agreed initial upload
Anything outside the plan is quoted separately, so your recurring cost stays predictable.
Choosing where to build
We are not tied to a platform and hold no vendor partnerships. The right answer depends on your catalogue, margins and who runs the store day to day.
WooCommerce
Good fit for
Catalogues that need flexible content alongside the store, and teams who want no per-transaction platform fee.
Watch out for
You are responsible for hosting, updates and security. Budget for a maintenance plan from day one.
Shopify
Good fit for
Teams who want managed infrastructure, fast setup and a well-supported app ecosystem.
Watch out for
Subscription plus app costs are ongoing, and deep customisation is more constrained than an open platform.
Custom commerce
Good fit for
Unusual selling models — B2B pricing tiers, rentals, subscriptions, ERP-driven inventory.
Watch out for
Highest build cost and the most dependence on good documentation. Worth it only when the model genuinely does not fit an existing platform.

From idea
to online.
Eight stages, in order, with what happens at each one. Domain and hosting decisions are made in week one rather than the night before launch.
- 01
Discover
Week 1Understand the business, the buyer and the constraints.
What you sell, who decides, what they need to know first, and what is currently getting in the way. This is also where domain and hosting decisions get made rather than left to launch week.
- 02
Plan
Week 1–2Sitemap, page structure and content requirements.
Every page defined, every URL agreed, and a clear list of what content is needed from you. Waiting on content is the single most common cause of delay, so we surface it early.
- 03
Design
Week 2–4Wireframes, then full design for mobile and desktop.
Structure is agreed before visuals. You review a clickable prototype rather than a static image, so navigation and flow can be judged properly.
- 04
Develop
Week 4–7Build the front-end, CMS, forms and integrations.
Built on staging where you can watch it come together. Content is loaded as it becomes available rather than in one blocked-up batch at the end.
- 05
SEO foundation
Week 6–7Metadata, structure, schema, sitemap and redirects.
Technical SEO is part of the build, not an add-on afterwards. For redesigns, this is also where the URL map and redirect plan get finalised.
- 06
Test
Week 7–8Devices, browsers, forms, speed and accessibility.
Real device testing, form delivery verification, Core Web Vitals measurement and an accessibility pass — before launch, not after a complaint.
- 07
Launch
Week 8DNS, hosting, SSL, redirects and Search Console.
A controlled cutover with a rollback plan. Redirects verified by crawl, Search Console and analytics confirmed working on day one.
- 08
Maintain
OngoingUpdates, backups, monitoring and support.
Scheduled work under a maintenance plan or AMC, so the site does not quietly decay after handover.
Durations describe a typical ten-to-fifteen page business website. Your timeline is confirmed in the proposal.
