Northline Estates
A developer marketing several residential projects at once needed each project to stand on its own while still feeding enquiries into a single pipeline.

The challenge
Each project had its own microsite built by a different vendor. Branding was inconsistent, enquiries went to four inboxes, and no one could tell which project a lead came from.
Strategy
One platform, one enquiry pipeline, with project pages built from a shared template that still allows individual identity per development.
Design
Large architectural imagery with restrained interface elements, so the property is the visual subject and the interface stays out of the way.
Development
A project content model covering configurations, floor plans, amenities, location and status, plus site-visit scheduling that pushes leads into their CRM with the source project attached.
What was built
- Project pages with configuration and floor plan galleries
- Site-visit scheduling with CRM handoff
- Location and connectivity mapping
- Downloadable brochure gate
- Project status labelling from a single admin view
Where it landed
All projects now publish from one system, and every enquiry carries the project it originated from.
No performance metrics are shown for this project. We publish numbers only when they are measured and verifiable.
