Meridian Health Network

A clinic group with several locations needed one website that could explain a wide range of specialities without confusing a patient who only cares about one of them.

Placeholder case study — structure demonstration, not real client work.

The challenge

Patients arriving from search landed on a generic homepage and had to hunt through a menu to find the department, doctor and location they needed. Appointment requests were arriving by phone only, with no record of who had called.

Strategy

Restructure around three entry points — condition, doctor and location — and make every one of them a landing page in its own right, rather than a filter on a single directory.

Design

A calm, high-contrast layout with generous type sizing for older patients, and a persistent appointment action that never scrolls away on mobile.

Development

Structured content for departments, doctors and locations so a new clinic can be published without a developer. Appointment requests route to a shared inbox with location routing.

Delivered

What was built

  • Department and condition landing pages
  • Doctor profiles with speciality and location filtering
  • Appointment request with location routing
  • Clinic locator with timings
  • Accessible typography and contrast throughout
Outcome

Where it landed

The site now supports each clinic as its own searchable entry point, and appointment requests arrive as tracked records instead of untraceable phone calls.
