FAQ
Before you write to us
It depends on the number of unique page templates, whether the design is custom, and what functionality is involved. A small brochure site and a fifteen-page site with a booking system are different products. We publish starting ranges rather than a single number, and quote properly after a short scoping conversation.
A landing page is typically one to two weeks. A five-page site is around three to five weeks. A ten-to-fifteen page business site is usually six to nine weeks. E-commerce takes longer, depending on catalogue size. The most common cause of delay is waiting for content, so we agree content deadlines in week one.
Yes — registration, renewal, transfers and DNS management. Our recommendation is always that the domain is registered in your business name with you holding account access, and we put the arrangement in writing before registering anything.
Yes, including managed, cloud and WordPress hosting with SSL, backups and monitoring. It is not compulsory — we are happy to build on hosting you already have, though support is faster when we manage the environment.
Yes. We start with an audit of what currently ranks and converts, then treat the rebuild as an SEO migration as well as a design project — mapping every URL and setting up redirects before launch.
Yes, with custom themes rather than purchased templates, and only the plugins a site genuinely needs. We also take on existing WordPress sites for speed, security and maintenance work.
Yes, on WooCommerce, Shopify or a custom build. We recommend a platform after understanding your catalogue, margins and who will run the store day to day.
Yes. Mobile layouts are designed separately rather than shrunk down from desktop, and every build is tested on real devices before launch.
Every site is built on a technical SEO foundation: semantic markup, clean URLs, unique metadata, heading hierarchy, schema, sitemap, image optimisation and Core Web Vitals attention. We do not promise rankings — no one honestly can — but the architecture will not be what holds you back.
Yes, monthly or as an annual AMC. Plans cover updates, backups, monitoring, security patching and a defined allowance for edits. What is excluded is stated as clearly as what is included.
Ownership terms are set out in the proposal before work begins. Under a standard build-and-handover agreement you receive the site, content, code and administrative access at project close. Where an arrangement is different — for example a hosted subscription model — we say so plainly rather than leaving it ambiguous.
Yes. Migration covers files, database, email and DNS, with redirects mapped beforehand so search visibility is preserved. Email is usually the part that needs the most care, so we plan it separately.
Yes. SSL is included with our hosting plans, installed with automatic renewal so certificates do not quietly expire. If you host elsewhere, we will configure it there.
Yes — mailboxes on your own domain, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records configured so your mail is less likely to land in spam.
