Saffron House
A restaurant group with three outlets needed menus that could change weekly without a developer, and reservations that did not depend on someone answering the phone.
Placeholder case study — structure demonstration, not real client work.

The challenge
Menus were uploaded as images, unreadable on phones and invisible to search. Each outlet had different timings that were almost always out of date.
Strategy
Structured menu content per outlet, published by the team itself, with reservations handled through an integration rather than a phone number.
Design
Photography-forward pages with menu typography treated as a real design element rather than a scanned PDF.
Development
A menu content model with sections, items, dietary flags and pricing, plus outlet pages carrying their own timings, address and booking link.
What was built
- Editable structured menus per outlet
- Reservation integration
- Outlet pages with timings and directions
- Dietary and allergen flags
- Event and private dining enquiries
Where it landed
Menus are now readable on mobile, indexable by search engines, and updated by the restaurant team without a developer in the loop.
